would recommend for a stopover

Comfortable stay, comfortable amenities with a clean room and a great location just two blocks from the riverwalk, making it easy to explore the area.

Everything was spot on.

The staff were attentive and excellent in case of questions. The rooms were brand-new and extremely pleasant, unbeatable location. The bed was comfortable, and it was convenient to have a microwave oven, coffee/tea makers, and a refrigerator.

The breakfast itself was usual, can be better.

Had wonderful stay for a 1 day visit. We stayed in double room with comfortable beds. The staff were excellent and extremely friendly and the location was marvellous convenient to walk to downtown attractions...

It is a fantastic location, just steps away from the riverwalk, mall, Alamo, and Piazza del Duomo.

The rooms are air-conditioned with a refrigerator, 2 double beds, microwave and refrigerator. The staff are attentive and efficient and really care about the guests. The location is fantastic, 1 mile from a shopping mall.

The queen room had comfortable beds. A microwave oven, coffee/tea making machines, and a refrigerator were available. The hotel is conveniently located near Riverwalk❤🙂.

The location of the hotel was marvellous - relatively close to La Villita Historic Arts Village. Further, it was so close to riverwalk and San Antonio and the Alamo.

Great central location, convenient to access various attractions, including a medieval baptistery just 1 km away.

Hotel was dirty. Mattress left in hallway of second floor. The walls to the hotel must be very thin because You could hear other guest in other rooms. The pillows were flat and cheap.

The room had air conditioning but when you stepped into the hallway it was super hot!!

The whole place was fairly clean. the staff were attentive. I was offered a good breakfast with a friendly atmosphere. the hotel was in a central setting close to convention center. It was also just off Alamo and main river walk area. I found the hotel to be clean with attentive staff providing a good breakfast in a friendly atmosphere. Its central location near the convention center and close to Alamo and the main river walk area was also convenient.

The friendly staff, the room was clean and the bed was awesome. The daily hot breakfast was always fresh, delicious and plentiful. The kitchen staff kept the area clean and replenished.

We recommend a security person by the main entrance. There were some panhandlers.

Room was not as described in website. Front desk said they would upgrade for a fee or I could call Booked.net. I had to wait online for 40 minutes before I was helped. I was told pay the extra fee and Booked.net would see about getting me a refund. I said that was unacceptable and they needed to get it corrected with the hotel. I felt that this was not the first time this had happened. The front desk person was pissed off that we did not have to pay more. The entire experience was very poor.

The staff was exceptional and welcoming. the comforts of the immaculately clean double room with comfortable beds were fabulous. Had a microwave, a coffeemaker, and a fridge at our disposal. the hotel was in a central location within walking distance to the river walk.

The staff was incredibly helpful, the breakfast was good with a friendly atmosphere, and the overall experience was fantastic.
